New Survey Reveals Which Generation Lies the Most on Their Resumes — & What They’re Lying About

resumes, making them the most likely generation to do so. Common fabrications include exaggerating job
responsibilities (28%), inflating work experience (23%), and misrepresenting job titles (18%). This trend is driven by the
challenges of entering a competitive job market and the desire to meet employers’ expectations.
