A woman named Autumn Bardisa, age 29, was arrested for impersonating a licensed nurse at Adven tHealth Palm
Coast Parkway. From June 2024 through January 2025, she treated around 4,486 patients using falsified documents
and another nurse’s license number. Her deception ended when a coworker discovered her only credential was an
expired certified nursing assistant license. She now faces multiple felony charges for practicing healthcare without a
license and identity fraud and remains held on bond.
