Fingerprint has introduced an AI-enhanced “Suspect Score” to improve fraud detection by replacing static models with adaptive machine learning. The system trains on each customer’s own labeled data, optimizing signal weighting to better reflect unique fraud patterns while reducing false positives. It also allows continuous retraining as threats evolve and provides transparency before applying changes. The update addresses increasingly sophisticated fraud tactics, including AI-driven bots and privacy tools that make traditional detection methods less effective.
