A Missouri woman faces four felony charges after authorities allege she used forged transcripts, diplomas, and other
credentials to obtain nursing jobs. The woman also used 5 different aliases. Court documents say she was hired by
multiple healthcare facilities in the Lake of the Ozarks area despite lacking required nursing education and skills.
Supervisors raised concerns about her basic abilities, including difficulty performing routine tasks such as obtaining
vital signs, leading to investigations that uncovered falsified records. Authorities report that no patients were harmed.
