A new law in Florida makes background screenings simpler by requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration
(AHCA) to set up a public website detailing who needs a screening and how to get one. It allows reuse of screening
numbers across multiple organizations, reducing duplicate screenings for jobs, volunteering, or other clearance-needs.
