With drivers’ licenses and ID cards accounting for almost 80 percent of the documents used as proof of identify by employees for E-Verify, the Records and Information from DMVs for E-Verify (RIDE) enables two-part verification. The enhancement validates the information on select identity documents in addition to the existing employment authorization check. Participating states include Arizona, Maryland, Mississippi, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
